Itsy Bitsy Spider

Tiny voices and wide glistening eyes

Lift Itsy Bitsy Spider up to his damp surprise.

Little hands climbing, little finger to thumb,

Then falling, the rain again will come.

A loving, smiling adult with a playing face

Remembers well being in that same place.

    1. It was a great challenge. Here I am trying to write about lust, desire and passion and suddenly a challenge pops up that makes me have to change my mind into a different set. Important to do and I was really happy with the treatment in the end. I have to admit to being daunted by it at first, but I’m glad I did it. It was great fun.
      Thanks

      1. Yeah, we can often get stuck on a certain topic, and sometimes a challenge is just what we need in order to enhance our writing abilities. Half the time I’ll write these prompts and then say to myself… why ever did I write that prompt? Whatever will I write about with this? And then somehow I eventually figure it out. Lol… 😉
