A sliver of hope

When you have not hope,

You have no morning sun,

When you have not hope,

There’s immensity twixt zero and one.

When you have not hope,

Like the river is dry,

When you have not hope,

Your heart’s sadness has no tears left to cry.

When you have not hope,

Your body cannot sleep,

When you have not hope,

The flat road feels like a mountain trail steep.

When you have not hope

You must search for the seed

When you have not hope

A sliver of hope is all that you need.

Thank you M
